The author of the save game, Zigner-ForVideo is a loyal fan of this game and has completed it at all difficulty levels, except for the last one, which he believes he hasn’t fully mastered. He hopes someone can overcome this final challenge, but it’s not mandatory. Players can also choose other difficulty levels to experience the game.

20 years after the release, this title was passed by me on all difficulties. Played alone and with different people. The competition was held on two difficulties, but “difficult” did not master. A fan of this series and generally like turtles, therefore, despite the stuffy trend, he calmly went through the game all four times. I recommend playing on the last difficulty if you are playing alone, but if you are playing with a friend, then it is recommended to at least start with medium difficulty and complete the game as one of the turtles.
I would be glad if someone masters the competition on the last difficulty or finds the strength and time to complete this title at least twice, for Splinter and then for Casey.
