This save file primarily features a well-stocked collection of essentials and a small-scale house. The house is a custom design, complete with underfloor heating for the winter months. Unfortunately, there is no bathroom, but you can enjoy a lush forest view through the windows.

I present to you a small house. The house is in excellent condition. Operated carefully. Renovation is missing only cosmetics. Equipped with all the necessary devices and equipment: beds, weapons, cartridges, grenades, and other junk. Unfortunately, there is no bathroom, you will have to do it the old-fashioned way – in the bushes on the street. The house is fully designed for winter use. it has underfloor heating. The territory is completely fenced. Not a single aboriginal will climb to you. Clean air is provided to you. And from the window, there is a rather beautiful view of the dense forest.

Now seriously:
I spent 10 days on this artwork. Found a bunch of bugs related to construction, and even had to rebuild the 2nd and 3rd floor. When I got to 6 floors ran into new problems and because of this had to finish the house in a different way. In general, it turned out not what I expected. Looking forward to further updates.
Warning:
I have RTX 3090. Next to this building FPS drops to 40, though I play in 4K. I think it will be better on a 1080.
