Installation:
- Download save
- Go to “C:\Users\%USERPROFILE%\Documents\Rockstar Games\GTA V\Profiles”
- Open the folder, I have it called “0D430607”
- Place the downloaded save in this folder
- If it asks for a replacement, then you can lose your save, so as not to lose it, instead of the last zero in the file name, you need to write any number from 1 to 9
- In the game itself, go to the section “Game” -> “Download game”
- Select the desired save
