Plot:
Ahead, you can choose the fate of Hawk from part 2, go to a wonderful and beautiful ball with the chosen party and face the main villain of the game.
From the choices: Romance with Cassandra, Supported the Iron Bull (he will be on your side in the DLC), the side of the templars was chosen, all the companions treat the main character very well. Getting to a beautiful finale with a wedding at the end. DLC is not touched.
Installation:
Unzip the 7z savefile, and move the BioWare folder to My Documents.
