- V’s cache contains absolutely all the cult weapons of the game, including V’s pistol – Corporate: Obsession; weapons for Fixer orders: Seraph pistol, Byakko katana, and Bloody Mary shotgun; weapons from patch 1.6: character shotgun, supercritical rifle, butcher’s carving knife, cutthroat knife, neurotoxic knife; weapons from the endings of the game: assault rifle Prejudice, Keymaster’s Shovel, Pride pistol, Amnesty revolver. Also in V’s apartment is a completed wall of captured weapons.
- Skippy – Set to “Cold-Blooded Killer” after 50 kills. The quest to surrender weapons to Regina Jones has not yet been activated.

Johnny Silverhand’s iconic costume, Fixer’s, Nomad’s, Netrunner’s, “Max Tuck” and Solo’s costumes; Yorinobu clothing, V’s clothing from all backstories, 16 assembled costumes including 2 Judy’s wetsuits.

The garage contains absolutely all the cars available for purchase in the game, including the regular and tuned versions of “Arch” Jackie, the car Sol – Sion “Coyote” red-gray, the car V – Nomad from the prologue: Thorton Galena “Rattler” and cars for orders Fixers: Quadra Type-66 540 TS and Torton Makino “Saguaro”.
Quests and world map:
All secondary tasks, all orders of fixers, all applications for investigation, and all attacks of cyberpsychosis are closed (by the way, all cyberpsychopaths were left alive). All transfer points are open.
